Home Made Authentic Bic Mac

Here's how to make a truly excellent burger, virtually identical to a McDonald's Big Mac only bigger and better.

Burger:

  • 3 Piece bun (heel, club, cap)

  • 2 All beef patties

  • Finely chopped white onion

  • 2 Slices of your favorite cheese

  • Shredded lettuce

Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons French dressing

  • 4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish

  • 2 teaspoons American mustard

  • 1 tablespoon finely minced white onion

  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir until completely mixed, then refrigerate.

Pan-fry beef patties, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Assemble the burger in this order (from bottom to top): Heel, sauce, patty, cheese, lettuce, club, patty, cheese, lettuce, onion, sauce, cap.

Then burger down like a fast food addict. Total cost of burger: <$2. Less than half the cost of a McDonald's Big Mac PLUS it's about 30% bigger than a Big Mac. It's a Bigger Mac. The Big Kahuna Mac. El Grande Macco. It's a pretty big burger, iswhatimsayin.
